Refund Terms

Asterism Services LLC provides dispatch and logistics coordination services to carriers and owner-operators.

Due to the nature of our services:

Payments made for subscription plans, weekly dispatch services, or any service fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.
If a payment is made in error or duplicate payment occurs, customers may contact us within 48 hours for review.
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
